Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of All Slay, a business software platform operated by Jonadest Creative Technologies Limited. By creating or operating a business workspace, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the business and agree to use the platform lawfully. All Slay provides tools for bookings, websites, payments, commerce, marketing, client management and related business operations. Businesses remain responsible for the accuracy of their listings, services, prices, policies, taxes, customer obligations, staff access and compliance with applicable laws. Paid features, trials, renewals, commissions and transaction charges are governed by the pricing shown in the platform at the time of purchase. Failure to maintain an active subscription may pause public website, booking or commerce features while preserving dashboard access and saved data, subject to the platform billing policy. You must protect account credentials and must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other businesses, upload unlawful content, or use payment features for prohibited activity. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or material breach. The platform may integrate with third-party services such as payment processors, email providers, domain providers and analytics services. Their separate terms may apply. Service availability can be affected by those providers. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
